Rent the Hailstone Feed Store for your next meeting or party

Want to get out of the office for the next meeting?  Don't want to clear off the dining room table for your next committee meeting?  Looking for a unique site for your next company event or party?  Look no further than Front Street and our very own Hailstone Feed Store.  The gem of the Downtown Issaquah Association's historic renovation efforts could be the place for your next event.   Contact us with your proposed date and event type and we will get the process going for you!

Online Reservation System

We now have an online reservation system so you can insure that the Hailstone Feed Store Event Hall is available for your next event. Rentals are booked on a first come, first serve basis determined by reservations made through the online scheduler. To make a reservation, first create a user account, then mark the scheduler for the day/time of your event. The Reservations Administrator will then get back to you with approval for your reservation request and details on renting the Hall.

Rental Hours and Cost

Rental hours are from 6 am - 12 midnight. Minimum rental is 2 hours ($35/hour) up to 8 hours ($150). Maximum room capacity is 49 persons. Multiple day reservations are permitted. All reservations must be approved.

Rental facility showings are by appointment Monday - Thursday. Please email reservations@downtownissaquah.com to arrange for a facility showing.

 

Using the Online Scheduler

Getting Started - Registering to use the Online Scheduler

In order to use the Online Scheduler, you must first register. If you have already registered, then you must log in before using the system. To register, go to the registration page. Provide all required information. Select GMT -8 for Timezone. The email address that you register with will be your login. The information that you enter can be altered at any time by changing your profile in your control panel. After registering, you will be redirected to "My Control Panel" from which you can access the Room Scheduler.

Logging In

Once you have registered you can access the Scheduler at any time by going to http://www.downtownissaquah.com/schedule-it/ and providing your email address and password. 

My Control Panel

After logging in, you will be redirected to 'My Control Panel'. The Control Panel is your "home page" for the scheduling system. Here you can review, modify or delete your reservations. My Control Panel also includes a link to the Scheduler, a link to Edit Your Profile and an option to Log Out of the Scheduling System. For more detailed information on the tools available in My Control Panel, read this. You can also access help at any time while in the scheduler program by clicking on the "Help" page link on the right side of the top bar.

Making a Reservation

Select  "Bookings", the first link in the list of Quick Links on the left side of your Control Panel. This will take you to the default schedule. Here you can view resource schedules, reserve resources, and edit your current reservations. The week displayed in the Scheduler begins with the current week and extends for 7 (default) days. Here you can view resource schedules, reserve resources, and edit your current reservations. Reservations will be color coded and all will be shown, but only your reservations will provide a link to edit the reservation. All other reservations will only provide a link to view them.

To reserve the Hall, first navigate to the table for the day you wish to make the reservation on. Once you have located the table for the requested day, click on the resource name. This will bring up a pop-up window where you can select the start and end days (if allowed) and times you wish to your reservation to cover.

There will be a message below the time selection informing you of how long a reservation for this resource can be. If your reservation is greater than or less than this allowed time, it will not be accepted.

You can also select if you want to repeat this reservation. To repeat a reservation, select the days you want it to repeat on, then select the duration you want to have the reservation repeat for. The reservation will be made for your initially selected day, plus all the days you selected as repeats. All dates that could not be reserved because of a reservation conflict will be listed. If you are creating a multi-day reservation, the repeat options will not be available.

After setting correct beginning and ending days/times for the reservation and selecting if you want the reservation to repeat, press the "Save" button. A message will appear if the reservation was not successful, informing you of the date(s) that were not successful. If not successful, go back and edit the requested times so that they do not overlap with another current reservation. After your reservation has been successfully made, the schedule will automatically refresh. This is required to reload all reservation information from the database.
