Pedestrians and bicyclists are welcome to come through and access any business within the Pedestrian Playground.
By Car: If you choose to drive your vehicle to Downtown Issaquah, please refer to the parking map. There is plenty of parking available, including overflow parking on the north side of town.
DIRECTIONS
Heading East or West on I-90 Take Exit 17 (Front Street Exit) into Issaquah. Drive approximately 1/2 mile South on Front Street.
Take Exit 18 (E.Sunset Way) For Domino’s, Front Street / Dollar Tree Plaza, Front Street South businesses, Sunset Way Businesses.
Heading North or South on I-405 Take Exit #11 onto I-90, heading East (toward Spokane). Follow the instructions listed above from I-90.
Entering from the North
During Al Fresco on Front La-z-Boy and Darigold lots are available for public parking.
Turn Right onto Dogwood:
-Immediately right on to Rainier Avenue South for street parking.
-Left to access 1st Place NW. 1st Place NW is west of Front Street and provides access to private parking lots for businesses on the west side of the street. During Al Fresco on Front the Edward Jones and Library lots are available for public parking.
Left on Sunset Way to 1st Ave NE for businesses on the east side of the street.
1st Ave NE off E. Sunset Way is between City Hall and Banic Chiropractic and provides access to businesses on the east side of the street. Use this entrance to access Depot Park public parking.
Entering from the South – use Sunset Way to navigate
1st Place NW is west of Front Street and provides access to private parking lots for businesses on the west side of the street. During Al Fresco on Front the Edward Jones and Library lots are available for public parking.
1st Ave NE off E. Sunset Way is between City Hall and Banic Chiropractic and provides access to businesses on the east side of the street. Use this entrance to access Depot Park public parking. This is a great lot to park in for all businesses on Front Street.
Road Closure Notice:
Front Street N between Sunset Way & NW Dogwood St, and NW Alder Pl between 1st Ave NW and Front Street, and NE Alder Street will be closed to all through vehicle traffic from 7 AM, Saturday, August 21 through 10 PM, Sunday, August 22, 7 AM, Saturday, August 28 through 10 PM, Sunday, August 29, 7 AM, Saturday, September 4 through 10 PM, Sunday, September 5, and 7 AM, Saturday, September 11 through 10 PM, Sunday, September 12. The closure will allow for increased pedestrian, outdoor dining, and business use along Front Street during Al Fresco on Front “Pedestrian Playground” in downtown Issaquah.
