October seeps into November as the Latino Club of Issaquah invites the entire community to celebrate Dia De Los Muertos, the tradition of honoring loved ones who have died in a festive, fun way. Stop by the Historic Shell Station all day Sunday, Nov. 1 to visit our first outdoor altar. Or visit artist Alejandra Barrosa at the Rogue building to see her various handmade items, including Day of the Dead.
As part of the tradition, we as a community will be honoring the people we have lost to COVID-19 or other causes, such as family members, friends, or pets. Feel free to bring pictures or other tokens of happy memories this Sunday.
